We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Dishwashers for the 2026 season aboard our ships. This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation within the onboard galley to ensure all cutlery, glassware, dishes, and kitchen areas meet stringent hygiene standards. This is a temporary, yet immersive position lasting 28 weeks, offering individuals an extraordinary opportunity to gain valuable hospitality experience and lay the foundation for a long-term career in the cruise and hospitality industry. 
As a Dishwasher at American Cruise Lines, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and efficiency are essential. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional dishwasher duties to include assisting in creating genuine connections with our guests, helping to provide a seamless dining experience. You may also be called upon to participate in special onboard events, such as afternoon teas, snacks, and evening entertainment. This role demands strong physical stamina as you will be required to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds and work extended hours aboard the ship.
This position offers competitive weekly wages ranging from $1,000 to $1,400, complemented by additional performance bonuses. With accommodations, meals, uniforms, travel to and from your assigned vessel, and paid training all covered, you can save a considerable portion of your earnings. Our 2026 season spans over 50 itineraries across 35 states, giving you the chance to travel the country extensively while building meaningful connections with fellow crew members and guests.

                - Must be at least eighteen years of age
 - Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
 - Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
 - Must pass pre-employment drug test including testing for Marijuana and other controlled substances
 - Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
 - Commitment to comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
 - Must be willing to abstain from alcohol consumption while onboard
 - Willingness to participate in emergency and safety training
 - This is a temporary position not exceeding 28 weeks
