• Ability to accurately set up and break down all dish equipment in a prompt and sanitary manner
• Ability to promptly inform all managers of any dish machine failures such as hot water or chemical outages
• Working knowledge of proper dish machine maintenance such as cleaning of spray arms and checking chemical levels
• Working knowledge and consistent focus on food safety standards
• Ability to maintain a favorable working relationship and communicate clearly and respond promptly to the needs of guests managers and employees
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast paced high intensity environment
• Adherence to all company rules and policies as described in the staff handbook
