The Dishwasher role at Invited is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and operation within the kitchen. This position operates under the supervision of the Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Executive Chef and is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to ensure that all items meet stringent hygiene standards. The role extends beyond dishwashing duties to supporting kitchen staff by providing clean equipment and utensils and contributing to overall kitchen efficiency. This position requires maintaining an organized dishwashing area, managing waste disposal, and assisting with food preparation and other kitchen activities as directed by the chef or supervisors. The Dishwasher must follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations at all times. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies, reporting maintenance or equipment issues, and performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing kitchen appliances and surfaces.
