The role of Dishwasher at the Jasper Hotel is vital to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization expected in a luxury hospitality environment. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs, members of the Culinary Leadership Team, the Dishwasher plays a key role in supporting the overall efficiency and smooth operation of the kitchen. Responsibility includes cleaning and sanitizing all kitchenware and dining utensils using both machine and manual methods, ensuring that china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and other kitchen equipment meet stringent sanitation standards. The Dishwasher also ensures that the kitchen and dishwashing areas are kept clean, well-organized, and adequately stocked throughout service hours. This position demands reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Beyond dishwashing, the role may involve assisting with basic food preparation tasks, maintaining cleanliness in employee dining areas, and cooperating closely with culinary leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience. • High school diploma or equivalent
• previous experience in a dishwasher role or similar kitchen sanitation position
• ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy kitchenware
