Situated in a serene Arizona location with beautiful Spanish Mission-inspired architecture, multiple pools, a full-service salon, spa, and championship golf nearby, the resort is a sought-after destination for family vacations, business meetings, and special events. This leadership role is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing the entire food and beverage department to maintain profitability while delivering exceptional product quality and guest satisfaction. The Director of Food & Beverage works closely with the executive committee to ensure the department aligns with the overall strategic objectives of the resort. The candidate will monitor industry trends, manage budgeting and forecasting, reduce staff turnover, and ensure compliance with health and liquor laws and internal standards. This position demands someone adept in team leadership, guest relations, problem-solving, and operational excellence. The role is salaried annually and requires flexibility to work long hours when necessary.
