The Porter role at DIG plays an essential part in the smooth operation of the kitchen and restaurant. This position requires a hardworking individual passionate about good food and eager to develop their culinary skills alongside a supportive professional team. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing and prep areas, assisting with essential kitchen tasks that keep the operation efficient and in compliance with health standards. You will also have opportunities to learn the ins and outs of different kitchen stations, including garde manger, grill, roast, and market line, gaining valuable exposure to restaurant roles beyond dishwashing.
