Flex Concierge Officers play a critical role in maintaining safety and providing exceptional front desk service across various luxury residential buildings throughout downtown and uptown Chicago. While the hours are not guaranteed, officers who demonstrate flexibility and a strong work ethic have the potential to secure 40 or more hours per week. • Must be at least 18 years of age

• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and perform lobby or round duties
• Prior concierge, front desk or security experience is preferred
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
