We are currently seeking a trustworthy and efficient house cleaner who can become an integral part of our daily routine. This part-time role involves working closely with our family to manage household chores effectively. The position is on the books, meaning it is officially employed through a Home Health Aide (HHA) government agency and Medicaid Fiscal Intermediary (FI), ensuring reliable and fair compensation. The ideal candidate should be a morning person, able to arrive between 6:00 and 6:30 AM to help our son prepare for school. You will be working 20 to 30 hours per week, with pay ranging from $19.00 to $25.00 per hour based on your experience and skills. By collaborating with both the government agency and Medicaid FI, your effective wage averages around $25.00 per hour. Your responsibilities will include a variety of household duties such as cleaning various surfaces throughout the home, dusting, doing dishes, vacuuming and mopping floors, making beds and changing sheets weekly, managing laundry by washing, folding, and putting away clothes, and maintaining overall organization. Additionally, cooking meals is an essential part of this role.
