The Warehouse Department Manager role at Dollar Tree’s Ridgefield Distribution Center is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing critical aspects of warehouse operations during the 2nd shift, which runs from Monday to Friday, 3pm to 1:30am. The expected salary range for this role is between $78,000 and $82,000 annually, reflecting the importance and responsibility entrusted to these professionals. In this position, managers will lead and supervise up to 20 associates, managing multiple departments within the distribution center, including Receiving, Order Selection, Shipping, and Equipment. The role demands a leader who can effectively coordinate and schedule merchandise receipt, unloading, replenishment, scanning, shipping, and material movement operations to ensure the efficient flow of goods throughout the warehouse.

Candidates must have at least three years of management or operational experience in a distribution center or an equivalent educational background.
