As a Business Assistant (Front Desk Receptionist), you will hold a vital role within our dental office, being the first point of contact for patients as they enter our facility. You will work closely with the dental care team, assisting with patient scheduling, treatment planning, and administrative tasks while ensuring that the clinic operates smoothly and efficiently. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. This full-time position offers a consistent work schedule with a start time as early as 8:20 AM and varying end times, including some late afternoons until 6:45 PM on weekdays and until 4:45 PM on Saturdays. Saturday availability is required. The position includes important responsibilities such as greeting and welcoming patients, managing appointment schedules, handling insurance claims, and maintaining accurate patient records using Dentrix Ascend software. Additionally, the role includes educating patients about their treatment plans and financial responsibilities, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable throughout their care.
