• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of management experience in high-volume entertainment and/or restaurant with food and beverage emphasis
• Full-service background with knowledge of restaurant inventory and operations
• Required certifications: ServSafe, Food Handlers, and Alcohol
• Availability to work holidays, nights, weekends with peak time increased hours
• Physical ability for standing, walking, lifting, twisting, bending and stair use
• Ability to occasionally lift 25-50 pounds with assistance
• Ability to work in noisy theater environment with dust and active surroundings
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Ability to enforce and promote company policies and culture
