The role being offered is that of a Crew Member, a pivotal position within the store that ensures smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service. This is a frontline role responsible for engaging with guests, managing orders both in-person and over the phone or online, and maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the store. Crew Members are expected to wear clean, wrinkle-free uniforms and to exhibit professionalism by arriving on time and being ready to perform their duties effectively. The Crew Member must prioritize tasks that keep the store operational and adhere closely to the store’s performance and safety standards. Customers' experience is paramount, and this role involves creating a positive atmosphere by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with menu selections and club card transactions. Front of house responsibilities include managing various counter stations, wrapping pizzas correctly, and ensuring quick service times, all while handling payment transactions accurately and securely. On the other hand, the back of house duties involve food preparation tasks such as mixing and sheeting dough according to recipe standards, storing and rotating products to ensure freshness, and supporting the dishwashing and restocking areas as required. Crew Members are expected to maintain high sanitation standards and ensure that all items meet quality expectations. Educationally, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory, while food safety certification such as a Food Handlers Card or Serve Safe certification is mandatory. Candidates must have basic math skills and be comfortable with communication and teamwork. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds, and performing cleaning duties. Compensation for this role starts at the state-mandated minimum wage of $15.45 per hour, going up to $17.00 per hour, supplemented by tips estimated between $3 and $6 per hour.
