The role of Café Lead at Urban Air Everett is dynamic and hands-on, central to the smooth operation of the Urban Air Café during shift hours. This position requires a proactive leader who can oversee the day-to-day kitchen and service area activities, including cooking, preparing, and serving food with speed and a positive attitude. The Café Lead works closely with the team members to ensure that all operational standards and procedures are followed to deliver a consistent, high-quality dining experience for guests. This role is essential in upholding guest satisfaction and maintaining the café's reputation within the park. As a Café Lead, the individual is responsible for managing the café team performance by leading by example, motivating staff, ensuring punctuality, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. The role incorporates multitasking such as handling deliveries, monitoring inventory to avoid wastage, and implementing proper storage and rotation practices.
