The role at Dave & Buster's focuses on ensuring guests receive unparalleled service in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. As a team member, you will be expected to create a warm, fun atmosphere where guests feel valued and excited to participate in all that Dave & Buster's has to offer. Your duties will span from accurately taking and delivering food and drink orders to maintaining a clean and inviting station area. You will operate cash registers and credit card machines proficiently, manage financial transactions, and support the upkeep of company sanitation standards. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to address guest behavior appropriately, including observing alcohol awareness policies to prevent intoxication. As part of the team, you will also assist with event setups and work collaboratively with other members to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
