The company is seeking dedicated and dynamic Department Managers to join its leadership team. This full-time, management-level position offers competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $27.40 per hour and plays a pivotal role in the success of the restaurant. The Department Manager's responsibilities vary depending on the specific area—Heart of House (HOH), Bar Department, or Hospitality—but are unified by shared goals of operational excellence, team management, and guest satisfaction. The Heart of House Department Manager is primarily responsible for managing food and product operations, staff planning, and team development within the kitchen and food preparation areas. This manager ensures food quality, safety, compliance with health regulations, and efficient inventory control. They also contribute to profitability by managing labor and food costs effectively. The role includes assisting the General Manager (GM) with overall restaurant operations and shift supervision. In contrast, the Bar Department Manager focuses on overseeing adult beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service (RAS) laws. They lead recruiting, training, and motivating bartenders and bar servers while controlling beverage costs and maintaining high service standards. This manager also works on developing sales-building incentives for the bar department. The Hospitality Manager role centers on the dining room service experience, managing team member allocation, training, and development to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
