As a Food Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily food service activities including fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events, banquets, casual dining, and cafes. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high-quality food standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will support management by assigning tasks, monitoring employee performance, and assisting in the orientation and training of new staff members.
