The Kitchen Assistant Manager role at Sheetz is a dynamic and rewarding position perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented and passionate about food service operations. This role is integral to the successful execution of kitchen activities and supports the Store Manager by overseeing inventory, food preparation, product quality, staffing, and customer service. This job also involves direct participation in the recruitment, training, and performance management of team members, scheduling, and compliance with store policies. Employees working the overnight shift from 10 pm to 6 am receive an additional differential of $1.50 per hour. - High School Diploma or GED required
- two-year degree in a business related field preferred
- successful completion of certification testing as needed
- one year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred
- ServeSafe certification
- any other legally required certification
