The teacher reports directly to the Principal and is a member of the Detroit Federation of Teachers bargaining unit. Eligible candidates must possess valid vocational teaching credentials, such as a Vocational Teaching Certificate, Full Vocational Authorization, or equivalent, with endorsement in vocational curriculum related to aviation or aeronautics. The ideal candidate must have at least four years or 8000 hours of relevant experience within six years prior to application, demonstrating deep knowledge of the aviation/aeronautics industry.
