Currently, SBM Management is seeking to hire a Custodian/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their growing team. The Custodian/CSR position requires the candidate to perform essential custodial duties while also exhibiting outstanding customer service skills, ensuring both the workplace environment and customer interactions reflect the company’s high standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the facility, handling floor care such as vacuuming and mopping, dusting and sanitizing various surfaces including glass and wood, and managing waste removal efficiently. Additionally, light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supplies are integral functions of the role. Safety is paramount, and the custodian/CSR must comply with all safety protocols and company policies, using proper personal protective equipment when necessary. The role also involves responding to supervision, explaining work procedures to others, and possibly training new team members.
This full-time position offers a competitive wage rate ranging from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour. The shifts run Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, providing a balanced work schedule suitable for candidates seeking consistent hours with weekends off.
