The Custodian/Customer Service Representative (CSR) role at SBM Management Services is a vital position that combines custodial duties with excellent customer service skills to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. This position requires dependable and hardworking individuals who can effectively collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with customers. The Custodian/CSR is responsible not only for maintaining facility cleanliness through tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, waste removal, and light maintenance but also for upholding safety standards, following company policies, and presenting a professional appearance. The role also includes training new employees and demonstrating proper work processes when necessary. Working hours are structured with shifts from Monday to Friday, either from 7 am to 3 pm or 3 pm to 11 pm, offering consistency and work-life balance. The compensation for this role ranges from $13.00 to $14.00 per hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair and competitive wages.
