Working a Sunday through Thursday schedule from 7 am to 3:30 pm, this position offers an hourly pay rate starting at $20.20, with specific offers depending on experience, skills, location, and market benchmarks. The Day Porter Exterior primarily focuses on janitorial and exterior cleaning duties using a variety of manual and powered equipment such as leaf blowers, pressure washers (both gas and electric), and auto scrubbers. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, furniture, fixtures, windows, and restrooms, as well as seasonal tasks like raking leaves, removing snow, and landscaping support. This role requires an individual who understands the importance of safety protocols when handling chemical cleaners and equipment, can communicate effectively with management and team members, and complies with all company and regulatory standards. This position is well suited for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce, as it does not require a high school diploma, GED, or college degree. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of janitorial and exterior cleaning experience, demonstrating proficiency in equipment operation and customer service.
