The Busser/Food Server Assistant role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service. This position is primarily responsible for supporting food servers in delivering seamless and hospitable dining experiences to guests. It requires strong communication skills, physical stamina to handle lifting, pushing, and pulling moderate weights, and an ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment characterized by continuous guest interaction. This role demands an energetic, service-oriented individual who understands the nuances of assisting in a fine dining setting and values creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.
