The Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) role at David's Bridal is an essential position that supports the smooth operation of the Alterations department and contributes to delivering superior customer service. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Alterations CSR is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by welcoming and servicing clients, managing appointments, answering phones, and assisting with garment pressing and preparation for pickups.
