The Marketing Manager is entrusted with the development and oversight of multiple marketing projects including press release creation, quarterly newsletters, blog content, social media management, and website content management. Additionally, this role entails the management of promotional activities aligned with the annual Convention and Visitor Bureau (CVB) Marketing Plan. The ideal candidate will not only possess a creative flair but also have the ability to analyze market trends and execute tactical marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. The manager is expected to maintain and enrich relationships with community partners through the CRM partner database and extranet, ensuring an annual content and messaging strategy that keeps all stakeholders engaged and informed. Beyond digital and print communication, the Marketing Manager will actively participate and sometimes lead promotional travel efforts to represent Beaumont at trade shows, local events, and travel showcases. This full-time position adheres to a standard office schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, while also requiring flexibility to travel and work extended hours including weekends and holidays when business needs demand.   • Graduation from high school or equivalent
  • minimum college degree
