The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility is currently hiring for the position of Return Agent located at the J F Kennedy International Airport (JFK), NY 11430. This critical role involves providing friendly, efficient, and professional customer service throughout the rental return process. The Return Agent is the primary point of contact when customers return their rental vehicles, ensuring all interactions are handled with care and accuracy. Starting pay for this role is $18.25 per hour, with the opportunity for merit-based yearly increases and additional monthly incentives tied to business performance. As a Return Agent, the responsibilities include welcoming customers as they arrive, ensuring the returned vehicles are inspected for damage, managing lost and found items, and providing accurate billing and receipt information.                 - Must be at least 18 years old
 - High school diploma or G.E.D. required
 - Minimum of 1 year experience handling customer service functions
 - Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location within 30 days of anticipated start date
 - Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
 - Must be able to read, write, and speak English
 - Must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license
 - Ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position
