The Customer Service Representative role at Modern Aviation is a cornerstone position that embodies the company’s commitment to its customers. As a representative of the Modern Aviation brand, the ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering Seven Star Service to all visitors and clients who enter the facility. The position involves proactive engagement with private and corporate aviation clients, coordinating a variety of services that include hotel reservations, catering, ground transportation, and aircraft services such as fueling and hangar storage. The representative will also be responsible for accurate data input regarding trip scheduling and customer information, utilizing specialized software to keep operations seamless. Effective communication skills are vital, as the role requires interaction via air-to-ground and ground-to-ground radios, alongside traditional communication channels.
This role further requires educating customers about the company’s available services, promotions, and loyalty programs, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The Customer Service Representative will process invoices, resolve issues promptly, and help build lasting relationships with local service partners including hotels, rental car agencies, and restaurants.
