The role of Customer Service Gate Agent within Piedmont Airlines’ Ground Handling Department is pivotal in the overall passenger experience. The Customer Service Gate Agent is tasked with ensuring a smooth, efficient, and friendly boarding process, which forms the critical final step of customer interaction before takeoff.
