This role, as part of the Prestera Center team, focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the premises. The position is critical in ensuring that the physical environment of the offices and facilities is hygienic and well-maintained, contributing to the overall health and safety of staff, clients, and visitors. The cleaning role involves daily, weekly, and monthly tasks covering various areas such as bathrooms, hallways, stairways, offices, and other common spaces.
Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning sinks, toilets, mirrors, and doors, as well as sanitizing phones and group rooms regularly. Additionally, the role includes replenishing bathroom supplies and performing more detailed cleaning tasks on a weekly and monthly basis, such as dusting counters and light fixtures and cleaning windows. This job demands attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to perform physical tasks that require standing, walking, bending, lifting, and other movements for extended periods.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, with one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary to ensure punctuality and consistency in attendance. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain CPR/FA and CPI certifications to comply with Prestera Center’s safety standards.
