We are currently seeking a Culinary Supervisor to join our kitchen team at Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City. This role is an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals who are enthusiastic about leading a high-volume kitchen operation and maintaining consistency in quality and guest satisfaction. The Culinary Supervisor will play an integral role in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring that all food production meets the standards of excellence for which Hyatt is known. With a basic understanding of kitchen management and culinary operations, the supervisor will assist the Sous Chef and step in as required, demonstrating leadership, communication, and cost-control skills. The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for supervising hourly cooks, monitoring and maintaining food quality, and supporting training initiatives for kitchen staff.
