The role of Inspire New Restaurant Training Manager is a pivotal position within this energetic environment. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $77,412 to $151,957 annually, with the actual compensation depending on factors such as experience, education, training, and location. As a New Restaurant Training Manager, you will be an integral part of a fun and exciting culture that goes beyond traditional training responsibilities. You will partner closely with your OneInspire Brand colleagues to deliver training curricula across all brands supported by Inspire. Your expertise will be essential in supporting new franchisee onboarding processes, managing training scheduling, restaurant certification, and facilitating national training initiatives.
This role requires you to oversee the operational efficiency of training and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth and effective management of the new franchisee training cycle in complex restaurant operating environments. Your passion for developing people and building strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners, franchisees, and their teams will form the foundation for success in this role. Your efforts will directly contribute to long-term growth by facilitating inspiring and consistent learning experiences, both virtual and in-person, using effective adult learning principles.
Your responsibilities will include managing brand-specific training programs, supporting new restaurant openings, and maintaining expert knowledge in all areas of restaurant operations. You will play a crucial role as an operations expert, ensuring the consistent execution and oversight of training within host-certified restaurants and providing development opportunities for Certified Training Managers. Collaboration with local field teams and franchisees will be vital to guarantee consistent training quality and execution.
Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date knowledge on all training content and brand initiatives by partnering with the Learning Design team. You will proactively gather training effectiveness data through surveys and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the quality of training programs. Your communication skills will be critical when providing behavior-based feedback, documenting class completion status, and facilitating performance recommendations with integrity and professionalism.
The role demands strong facilitation and presentation skills, the ability to consult and coach adult learners, and a high level of self-accountability. You will manage multiple responsibilities independently, often traveling up to 90 percent of the time, which may include staying away from home for several consecutive nights to support training activities. Your computer proficiency in Office Suite applications and strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills will support your success in this multifaceted role.
