The position available is for a part-time Crew Member who will report directly to the Restaurant Manager, Co-Manager, and Shift Leaders. This entry-level role is pivotal in the daily operations of the restaurant, focusing on preparing and serving food and beverages to customers efficiently and accurately. The Crew Member's responsibilities include taking and preparing customer orders using established procedures and proper tools to ensure high product quality. They work cooperatively with fellow Crew Members and management to maintain a smooth operation that meets both customer expectations and company standards. Integral to their role is the ability to serve customers promptly, ensuring each order is complete and meets service time goals. Maintaining a guest-friendly environment is essential, involving greeting and acknowledging every guest with professionalism and courtesy.
