HMSHost at Memphis International Airport is currently seeking dedicated Crew Members to join the team at the Chick-Fil-A Rotunda location. This fast-paced role is instrumental in delivering an excellent dining experience to a diverse and dynamic customer base. The position is non-exempt and involves a variety of responsibilities, including food preparation, customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and handling stock and inventory tasks. Crew Members play a vital role in supporting daily operations, ensuring that customers receive their meals quickly, accurately, and with a welcoming attitude. Crew Members will engage with customers in a friendly manner, upholding HMSHost’s service policies, and ensuring a clean, safe, and pleasant environment. Daily tasks include cleaning and stocking dining and work areas, greeting customers with positivity, preparing and serving food, assisting in kitchen operations, transferring supplies between storage and workstations, and maintaining inventory control by receiving and organizing products. Physical resilience is important as the role involves bending, twisting, standing for long periods, and lifting and moving food and supply products. Experience in customer service and cash handling is preferred but not mandatory, as HMSHost provides comprehensive training to all new hires. The ideal candidate will be able to read, understand, and follow instructions effectively and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers. They will also demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
