HHM Hotels is currently seeking energetic and courteous Part-Time Bistro Servers to join their dynamic food and beverage team. As a Bistro Server at HHM Hotels, you will be responsible for delivering friendly, efficient, and personalized service to guests, adhering to the company’s established brand and sustainability standards, including the EarthView program. The Bistro Server position involves a variety of tasks centered around guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This includes setting up the work area with necessary supplies, taking and inputting food and beverage orders accurately, handling payments, and communicating guests’ special dietary needs or allergy alerts to the kitchen. You may also be called upon to prepare certain food and beverage items, including coffee and alcoholic drinks, particularly during peak periods or when staffing is limited. Safety and compliance form a critical part of the Bistro Server’s responsibilities. Following requirements related to alcohol service, adhering to OSHA and MSDS safety standards, and practicing sustainable hospitality methods show the hotel's dedication to responsible service and environmental care. The role also demands physical endurance as servers stand for extended periods, walk, bend, reach, and occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds. This position provides a structured growth path within HHM Hotels, starting from Banquet Server or Captain to Restaurant Supervisor, then advancing to Restaurant or Banquet Manager roles.
