The role we are offering is that of a Courtesy Clerk / Grocery Bagger, an entry-level position critical to the customer shopping experience. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service through efficient and careful bagging of groceries at checkout stations and offering assistance with loading groceries into customers’ vehicles. Attention to detail is paramount, ensuring that groceries are bagged properly to prevent damage and meet customer expectations. Additionally, Courtesy Clerks help maintain the store’s safety and cleanliness by performing routine tasks such as clearing spills, collecting trash, and returning shopping carts to designated areas. This role also involves basic shelf conditioning and timely communication with management regarding store safety and maintenance needs. The Courtesy Clerk position requires individuals with effective communication skills who are eager to learn and contribute positively to the team environment.
