The current opening is for the position of Corporate Receptionist to be stationed on-site at the Amazon HQ2 campuses located in Baltimore, MD. This role involves providing exceptional 5-star customer service through various communication channels including email, phone, and face-to-face interactions. As the first point of contact for visitors and employees alike, the receptionist acts as a welcoming ambassador and essential problem solver to ensure a smooth and positive experience. Beyond greeting guests and distributing visitor badges, the role encompasses assisting with administrative tasks, facilitating resources, and supporting various projects to help maintain an organized and efficient reception environment.
This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours scheduled from Monday to Friday during an 8-hour shift between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. Compensation starts at $21.59 per hour, with a full wage range reaching up to $25.70 per hour, reflecting the organization’s commitment to competitive pay. The role requires a proactive individual with strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

Working conditions include the physical ability to carry supplies up to 50 pounds, work within a 1.5-mile radius throughout the campus, and flexibility to accommodate extended or varied work hours as required by the business.
