The Corporate Receptionist at Momentive plays a critical role in supporting the seamless operation of the corporate office. This full-time onsite position is fundamental in managing front desk responsibilities, handling communication channels, and facilitating essential administrative duties. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors alike, the receptionist ensures a warm, professional, and efficient welcoming environment that reflects the company’s high standards. Their duties extend beyond greeting guests; they are also responsible for managing door access and security protocols, including sign-in procedures and badge creation for employees, interns, contractors, and visitors. Further responsibilities include managing incoming communications such as phone calls and emails, coordinating catering and meetings, and providing backup support for executive assistants when required.   • HS diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
  • Willingness to work in an onsite role five days a week
  • Strong customer focus orientation and teamwork
  • Experience with the Microsoft Suite (Office, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)
