  • Three years experience in an ALS or critical care setting
  • Prior flight experience
  • Current EMT-P license/certification in the states served by the assigned area
  • NREMT-P certification in state(s) where required
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required prior to flight status
  • Maintain documentation of licensure, certifications, and continuing education
  • Ability to comply with safety standards and complete mission documentation
  • Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration with EMS representatives and hospital staff
