The Guest Experience Coordinator at Forrest Solutions plays a critical role in shaping the first impression of our firm. This position is the face and voice that clients and visitors encounter upon arriving at our office, making the role fundamental in embodying our "First Impressions" philosophy. The coordinator is entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring every guest feels personally welcomed and valued from the moment they step through our doors. This professional, office-based role operates primarily within a fast-paced environment requiring excellent organizational and multitasking skills. The Guest Experience Coordinator manages a range of responsibilities that include greeting and assisting visitors, coordinating conference room logistics, maintaining reception areas, and supporting office leadership through seamless communication and operational support. The position reports directly to the Office Administrator and offers a competitive salary in the range of $28 to $29 per hour, reflecting the importance of the role within our organizational structure. The successful candidate will possess a calm and professional demeanor even under pressure, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office applications, and basic office equipment is essential to ensuring efficient office operations and maintaining clear communication channels.
