The role of Member Services Coordinator at Club Los Meganos is a full-time position offering $23.00 per hour. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of service and hospitality expected by the residents and guests within the Trilogy community. Reporting directly to the Member Services Manager, the coordinator acts as the first point of contact at the front desk, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors. This position demands exceptional interpersonal communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a keen ability to address and coordinate multiple responsibilities efficiently.
The Member Services Coordinator is responsible for various duties including greeting members and guests, managing access controls in line with community regulations, providing information about club facilities and local events, and supporting administrative functions such as data entry, scheduling, and managing communications. Additionally, this role supports the Lifestyle & Activities department by assisting in organizing events, maintaining promotional materials, and managing ticket sales. The coordinator contributes to the smooth operation of the clubhouse by ensuring cleanliness, adherence to club rules, and safekeeping of office supplies and equipment.

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Three or more years of relevant customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Experience in a Homeowner Association environment preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate positively and effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pay attention to multiple details
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license may be required
