The role of Event Coordinator at Chase Center offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of event production and management within a growing sports and entertainment company known for its high standards and innovative event experiences. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Experiential Events, the Coordinator will oversee every aspect of event coordination from conceptualization through successful execution, ensuring that each event reflects the brand's premium reputation. This full-time, onsite position based in San Francisco, California, involves managing events not only at Chase Center but also at Thrive City and offsite locations, encompassing a wide range of events such as Golden State Warriors games, Valkyries events, private parties, and community gatherings.
The ideal Event Coordinator is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses strong leadership capabilities coupled with excellent communication skills. This role requires juggling multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional event outcomes that meet organizational goals. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal departments, external clients, vendors, and city officials to ensure seamless planning and execution, including logistics, permits, staffing, budgeting, and site management. Proficiency in project management software including AutoCAD for event layouts and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. This role demands flexibility as schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays to support event needs.

- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-2 years planning and executing large and high-profile events preferably in the hospitality industry
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach mentor and motivate a diverse workforce
- Ability to seek proactive solutions to problems and situations before and/or after they arise with little or no supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD preferred
- Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels within the organization
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment
- Committed to exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
- Ability to work flexible and sometimes demanding schedules including nights weekend and holidays
