As a Cookie Crew member, your responsibilities extend beyond baking delectable cookies. You'll be the face of the Bismarck store, greeting guests promptly and warmly, answering questions about menu items, taking and confirming orders accurately in-person and over the phone, and ensuring customers have a memorable experience with every visit. Your baking skills will be put to use crafting cookies to perfection and preparing ice cream scoops that complement the treats. You will also be tasked with ensuring orders for delivery and takeaway are packaged accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic payments with precision, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the bakery. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, a genuine and outgoing personality, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina is also needed as lifting boxes of product up to 40 pounds is part of the job.
