The role of Cook Supervisor at Summit is a full-time, onsite position based in Midland, Texas, within a correctional facility kitchen team. This role is integral to overseeing the daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all culinary activities are carried out efficiently and according to established safety and quality standards. As a Cook Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising kitchen staff, training employees in proper food service and sanitation procedures, and guaranteeing that meal services start on time with food prepared to the highest quality in terms of portion size, appearance, and temperature.
