The Culinary Team at Appellation Lodi - Wine & Roses Resort and Spa is currently seeking passionate and skilled cooks to join their ranks. This part-time role offers $20.60 per hour and comes with benefits such as 401(k) matching, Aflac supplemental plans, and team member discounts. As a cook on this team, you will engage in preparing a variety of menu items according to the brand’s strict specifications and recipes, which focus on combining locally sourced ingredients with exceptional service. This role demands a high level of integrity, work ethic, and teamwork, as each member must maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure timely preparation and serving of meals. The position not only challenges cooks to uphold quality standards, portion control, production levels, and presentation but also to participate actively in kitchen safety practices including proper handling of knives, meat cutters, and usage of ovens and stove tops.

- At least 2 years professional cooking experience
- Knowledge of food preparation methods and procedures
- Knowledge of kitchen and dining sanitation
