The role of the Line Cook at Hyatt Regency Lexington, under the umbrella of TPG Hotels, Resorts & Marinas, is essential to the smooth operation and consistent delivery of high-quality food service. This position requires a detail-oriented and motivated individual responsible for preparing food in a cost-effective, safe, and efficient manner, adhering strictly to food preparation and handling policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements at the federal, state, and local levels. With an hourly compensation of $16.00, the Line Cook plays a critical role in maintaining the high standards of the kitchen by preparing ingredients, cooking a variety of menu items, and ensuring the presentation and taste meet the company’s expectations.
In this role, the Line Cook is expected to manage multiple responsibilities including food preparation, cooking, station setup, timing coordination, and quality control to guarantee a seamless service.  - One or more years of previous experience as a line cook or similar culinary role preferred
