You will operate independently at your station while adhering to sales forecasts to meet customer demands accurately. • High school degree or GED preferred
• Must have six months to one year minimum experience as a prep or line cook in a full-service high-volume restaurant
• Must be SERV-Safe certified
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high energy environment
• Ability to spend 100% of working time standing walking and reaching
• Punctual with regular and consistent attendance
