The Cook role at Aberdeen Village plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional dining experiences to residents. This position is responsible for preparing meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines, ensuring all food served meets high standards of quality and nutrition. The cook works closely with the dietary department director or supervisor to maintain food safety and hygiene standards while personalizing service to accommodate residents' needs. Starting at $16.50 per hour with additional weekend differential pay through the PREMIUM PAY PLAN, this position offers both competitive compensation and the opportunity for additional pay based on experience.
