The Cook position available at the Ross Headquarters in Dublin, California, offers full-time employment with a schedule from Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of food preparation in accordance with federal, state, and corporate regulations, ensuring quality and safety at all times. The Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food items based on standardized recipes and instructions, maintaining proper portion control and presentation, and ensuring food is served at the appropriate temperature. This position demands strict adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines, including using proper protective gear and following HACCP standards. The role also includes cleaning duties, inventory management, operating kitchen equipment, and assisting with production planning and food ordering. Candidates with at least two years of culinary experience are preferred, reflecting the company's commitment to seasoned professionals who are passionate about food and hospitality.
