This full-time position involves managing patient communications, scheduling, insurance verification, payment processing, and record-keeping, as well as supporting the daily administrative needs of the practice. The position requires a friendly and organized individual who can handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Dental Receptionist will greet patients warmly, manage appointments and provider calendars efficiently, and respond to patient inquiries promptly. They will verify insurance coverage, secure necessary pre-authorizations, process payments, and maintain accurate financial and patient data records. Coordinating patient flow within the office and assisting with various administrative tasks are also key to the smooth and effective operation of the practice.
