The Cook position is a full-time role located at George School, 1690 Newtown-Langhorne Road, Newtown, PA. The work schedule is Sunday through Thursday, from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, with weekend work required. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for food preparation and enjoy working in fast-paced environments. Although previous experience is preferred, training is available for eager candidates. The hourly pay range for this position is between $20.00 and $22.00. As a Cook at CulinArt, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items in accordance with federal, state, and corporate standards and guidelines, ensuring that the food served is tasty, visually appealing, and meets portion control standards. You will serve meals or prepare them for delivery using correct portioning and presentation techniques while adhering to safety and cleanliness protocols in the kitchen. Your role includes maintaining kitchen equipment and storage areas, assisting in production planning, record keeping, ordering and receiving of food supplies, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
