We are currently hiring for a full-time Cook position within the Eurest Federal Reserve location. This role is essential for maintaining our standards of high-quality food preparation and service. The Cook will work Monday through Friday, with varying hours that will be provided during the interview process. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.55, reflecting the value and skill required for this role. In this capacity, the Cook is responsible for preparing food items according to standardized recipes and following all federal, state, and corporate policies and regulations. This includes ensuring that meals are served on time, presented attractively, portion-controlled correctly, and maintained at the proper temperatures. Candidates will engage in various kitchen duties, including cleaning and maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing food storage, operating kitchen equipment, and assisting with food orders and inventory records. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and company policies, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment like cut gloves and oven mitts and following proper lifting techniques. The Cook must have a commitment to safety for themselves and their coworkers, creating a safe and clean working environment.
